Leonel worked as a Software developer, Data Scientist and finaly Chief Data Officer and a member of the Leadningsgruppen in a variety of international companies in Stockholm.

During that time, it became evident that there was a problem many of his collegues were having, adapting to Sweden and learning the language. And decided to Start ELANS also known as Fun Swedish.

Nowadays, the social media acounts of ELANS, have thousands of followers. Being the most followed Instagram account for Learning Swedish. With a teaching method and style proved to work among thunsands of exapts working in the tech and financial industries.
